It is possible to fix the initial amount of annual rent in the amount of 1,5% of the land plot cadastral value during auctioning for the right of rental agreement conclusion for projects being implemented in strategically important directions of the city economy development and which have been awarded a priority investment project status at the Cherepovets mayor investment committee (under Article 39.11 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation). This decision is taken at the city mayor investment committee.
